Thumbnails for uploaded images

The article overview page needs long to load large images. For this we should use thumbnails.

Tasks:

• Backend:
  • add generation of thumbnail when a image is uploaded
  • add thumbnail url and original url to article API
• Frontend:
  • use thumbnail in article page
