[CLOSED] Wrong content size for maximized window when launching Brackets after resolution change

Windows only:

1. Set a low desktop resolution
2. Launch Brackets
3. Maximize the Brackets window
4. Close Brackets
5. Set a higher desktop resolution
6. Start Brackets

Observed: Window is maximized, but Brackets uses the same area as on the smaller display and the rest is white (screenshot).
Expected: Window is maximized and Brackets uses the whole area
Workaround: Restore (unmaximize), maximize again

@redmunds: Assigning you since you wrote the code for restoring the window size (adobe/brackets-shell#123)
