Thank you for your contribution. I did a review of the grant resource code and found that the same issue also applies to schema and database. I have prepared a new PR #26 which contains fixes for a table, schema, database, and additional simple test that replicated the bug thus I will close this PR in favor of #26 . |

Avoid some bugs in reading group privileges from Redshift when identically named users and groups exist.
This fixes some, but not all of the possible issues highlighted in #24
