The link was out of date after some commit and pointed to a non-existent file

Russian language was added with a pull request (#2275) by me. So I decided to update the list of available languages in README.md, because 'zh-CN' is not the only choice anymore

I can't edit this file because I don't know the language. And I'm not even sure if anything needs to be changed there. Anyway, it's not for me to decide
