AWS Parallelcluster 3 support

This pipeline is based on SGE which has been deprecated in AWS ParallelCluster v. 3.x (the current version). Are there any plans to release an update that uses SLURM/AWS batch instead of SGE?

Thank you for reporting this. We are aware of the issue and have plans to add support for SLURM/AWS batch. However, due to limited human resources, it will take some time to implement.

We don't have SLURM support yet. We are also considering the SLURM version for our own needs. We will provide the info as soon as we add SLURM support. Thanks!
