Remove deprecation warning on Amazon Reconciliation page

Amazon has removed the ability to pull the reports Buckets used to use for reconciliation. But maybe they've made it easier to reconcile with https://www.amazon.com/cpe/yourpayments/transactions

Actually, they brought the reports back. So it works again :) Close this issue once you've removed the deprecation warning.

They stopped providing reports again as of 2023. The links in Buckets do not work anymore. @iffy

Thanks for the heads up. I've filed issue #1030 to remove the tool.
