Undo doesn't always work

Related to #552

I noted Command Z doesn't seem to work on me for undoing transactions or undoing the action of removing dollars from regular buckets (ie. just typing -20 into a bucket as opposed to adding a $20 transaction in the transaction tabs). I also noted that typing (for example) -20 into a regular bucket doesn't result in $20 worth of "rain" being added.
