Calendar view of scheduled/future/recurring transactions

Once #201 is done, it would be nice to have a calendar view of those things.

I want a "fiscal calendar" so I can track what dates my different accounts use. For example, one credit card ends each billing period on the 19th of the month. Another on the 25th. My internet bill is due on the 20th. Etc. My pay is predictable on the 1st and 15th of the month. I would love to track this all with a "fiscal calendar" type of thing. Maybe a money map that shows "flow" of money between accounts or "sunk" into categories (line width based on dollars)
