Windows support

Hello, I notice that currently this repo just support Linux&macOS, not windows because of gcc.

In my experience, mingw64(msys2)'s gcc works well while staticly compiling c lib for go. So is it possible to add windows support for wasmtime-go based on mingw64?

I'm new to wasmtime, and I don't know whether it supports windows. If it possible, I think I could have a try.

Thanks for the report! I tried a bit to get Windows support working but I wasn't able to get it work I believe because I was using MSVC binaries instead of MinGW. Does cgo only work with MinGW on Windows? If so we'll also need to look to produce MinGW binaries of wasmtime since currently we only have MSVC binaries.

GCC is golang's favor. As for MSVC, check this issue of golang golang/go#20982. MSVC maybe supported but not the first choice. And, with msys2 environment it would be more convenient to link the library, because of linux toolchain.

Maybe clang would also be great for windows? I have not used it in windows but as I known both VS2019 and msys2 supports clang. And clang is more compatible with gcc than MSVC.
