Enhanced syntax highlighting support (multiple languages)

I love the tool! I would like to contribute to it and the first thing I strongly desired was enhanced syntax highlighting.

To elaborate, I notice that not all member types were available as options for highlighting in C#.

As you can see, we have a great start, but I would love to see more such as methods, fields (separate from local variables of course) and so on.

The desired outcome can be illustrated here with a little snippet I recently posted.

I read in the guidelines that you're pretty loose on this repo not overly concerned about assignment, which is nice, but I figured I'd still post it as a feature request for a little feedback and collaboration if anyone wants to join in on this one. I will likely begin on this one shortly. With any luck it should be relatively easy to knock out.

I would like to see syntax highlighting support for multiple languages, so I figured I'd just open one issue for all. I wouldn't say we'd have to get as carried away as ReSharper or some of the other IDEs do (see example below). In my opinion somewhere in between that and your standard VS highlighting capability would be great.
