[Feature Request]: Add support for an onClose callback when the clear ('x') button is clicked in FilterableMultiSelect

The problem

developers have no way to bifurcate the events when user clears the input or clicks the "x" to deselect the items.

The solution

It would be helpful to have a dedicated callback (e.g. onClose) that triggers specifically when the clear ('x') button in FilterableMultiSelect is clicked. This would allow consumers to handle clear events differently from general selection changes, for example resetting related state or triggering analytics.
