Switch/check the source for EPA brownfields data #137
Description
Currently the brownfields data is being pulled from this re-powering site. I think this data should really be pulled from this geospatial data site.
- check if there was a reason to use the RE-powering database
- compare the two sources
- do an automated check for updated data
- check the data against the new guidance (again)
