Add `sv_run_id` column to training data so we can tie sales val runs to final models

Adding an sv_run_id column indicating the sales val run ID for the sale will help us with future efforts to tie training sales to specific sales val runs.

This should be a relatively simple change to the ingest stage. The harder part will be deciding if we want to backfill this column for our 2024 and 2025 models. I think it's possible, but if it's hard to know exactly which runs we used for those models, we can pause and discuss our options.

I believe we are actually doing this already - #202. However, I don't think we do this currently for condos. I can make an issue and put up a PR for that
