miniwdl self test fail #799
Description
In response to the command ./miniwdl run_self_test, I do not get the output "miniwdl run_self_test OK".
I have attached the log file. I have checked that I have docker privileges; in response to the command ./docker run hello-world I get the appropriate output.
Any help much appreciated please -- I am sorry not to be able to give a reproducible example.
