Changes

• Bump gene reference versions for schema 7.0.0 in gene_info.yaml
• auto-commit newly processed gene reference files, log newly deprecated genes in *_diff.txt files
  • per processing GHA, only a subset had deprecated genes relative to most recent pinned version
