Updated version of Transformers From Scratch in Chapel and C++

After discussions with the Chapel teams on 12 November 2025 in the weekly meeting and GitHub issues, I updated my blog, Transformers From Scratch in Chapel and C++, to be more accurate and provide links to those GitHub issues.

If you find something inaccurate, misleading, or non-continuous, please feel free to fix it and let me know.

Thanks for the updates here, @markthitrin! — particularly the newly added links to the issues you've opened and the discussion of the impacts of small array sizes, which are nice follow-ups given what we've learned in the past few weeks. I've only read part 1 so far, but am going to merge with the intention of publishing it tomorrow, and then will read part 2 when we get to publishing it. I'll be out next week for Thanksgiving, so this will likely be in early December.

I made a few small editing suggestions that I'll open a separate PR for in a moment—thanks again!
