Thanks for the PR, we hadn't realized there was an update to the LICENSE specifying format! I notice that the link you provide only talks about pyproject.toml files but we're still using setup.py. Is that going to be a problem?

Expect it should not be a problem. The keys are specified in:
https://setuptools.pypa.io/en/latest/userguide/declarative_config.html

On Fedora 44 with Python 3.14, get a deprecation build warning:
https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/fed500/chapel/fedora-rawhide-x86_64/09587119-python-sphinxcontrib-chapeldomain/builder-live.log.gz

On Fedora 42 with Python 3.13, this is not a problem:
