This commits adds a new set of alert trigger macros for modules that use simple logic alert ports instead of alert transactions. The new macros are then used to fix some failing assertions in the otp_ctrl. Addresses #148. Signed-off-by: Andrea Caforio <andrea.caforio@lowrisc.org>
