AXI Streaming boot test
This test performs streaming boot sequence from AXI Side. Accesses I3C core streaming boot interface registers and interacts with Caliptra ROM.
SRAM Reduction ROM test
This test performs streaming boot sequence from I3C IO side, instead of storing data in internal RAM, Caliptra ROM stores data in MCU SRAM.
