Show /sd/ directory

When 9.0.0 goes stable we'd like to update this screenshot utility to add /sd/ folder and settings.toml files to the screenshots.

settings.toml was already added here: #14

Although it's current implementation is conditional on using a handful of specific libraries, perhaps it should be made non-conditional since I think an empty one gets created automatically when the drive is formatted now.
