[Merge request] Port to Go Modules

Hello, I wanted to report I have updated the source for Go Modules support and fixed an import error which caused the program to require itself as a dependency.

I have also packaged the program on the Fur and on the Ur for the Life / DogeOS' GNU/Linux and Android bases and relicensed the program as AGPLv3 instead of MIT.
