Update helm charts to be compatible with gitops

I am trying to install this helm chart via ArgoCD, I already have a K8s secret with my connection details to database, redis.

I don't want to pass secret values to the helm chart;
I want it to pick up existing secrets and add any environment variables via server/worker.env: values.

Current manifests do not provide such capability.
