Make Tab usage consistent in graphical interface

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Tab currently moves from widget to widget, but when entering a list Tab acts to select the next item in the list. Once the last item in the list is selected, then Tab switches back to the method to change to the next widget.

Describe the solution you'd like
Tab should also move between widgets; when on a list, Tab should move from the list to the next widget instead of selecting the next list item.
