Fixes: #9

Changes:

  • Updated README
  • Updated workflow file with changes and handle differing PHP binary paths
  • Update algolia search client dependency, code tidy up.
  • html_entity_decode() added (to handle for example "Don't Shrink") - however currently this is still rendering out the html entities even though string converts fine using function outside of Alfred.
