Running cider-jack-in results in:

error in process sentinel: Could not start nREPL server: fish: Expected a command name, got token of type 'Run job in background'. Did you mean 'COMMAND; and COMMAND'? See the help section for the 'and' builtin command by typing 'help and'.
Standard input: cd . && lein repl :headless

The use of `cd` is redundant as let-binding `default-directory` has
the same effect anyways.
