Fix for the mod warning page broken dropdowns

The issue was simple: we provide a Markdown tool for uploading an image but do not render the required partial.

I can reproduce the bug in develop, but cannot reproduce the bug with the change in this branch. No more error message in the console, and the community switcher now works correctly.
