Reset count after certain interval or at certain time

If the count >0 hasn't been modified for a certain duration (e.g. after 24h), reset it to 0.

(Alternatively, set the count to 0 at 4 in the morning.)

I don't think we need this right now, as long as the counter isn't connected to the "always on" breaker.
