Support for multinest version 3.12

@joezuntz Is there any plan to update the Multinest sampler to v3.12? We are trying to run the chains from cosmosis through nestcheck for convergence diagnostics, which requires Multinest v3.11 or later.

Hi @surhudm - sorry for the delay replying here.

I have had to make quite a few changes to multinest over the years to be work around various library and compiler bugs, and to enable us to interface with cosmosis better, so this is not that quick to do. I would happily accept a pull request though.
