When saving a plugin's Settings, return to `/admin/settings`

Prior to Craft 2.5, the only way to access a plugin's settings was through /admin/settings/plugins. But as of 2.5, you can now access a plugin's settings directly from the main Settings page.

Since that's the case, can we have a plugin return to the /admin/settings page when the plugin's settings are saved?

• Some plugins require repeated editing to fine-tune their settings.
• The big plugin icons are much easier to click on then the tiny little gear icon.
