Not a bug. It's a request to update the compatibility matrix.
I was able to use the library to decode SilverCrest SSVS 85 A1 Fan remote control commands.
I think it could be beneficial to document the findings here.

Using this library I was able to decode IR transition between Remote and the Fan.
I was also able to reproduce the transition using ESP32 unit with IR led.
I think it would be good to update the docs to reflect that.
I can also deliver an example on how to control the SilverCrest Fan with Arduino/ESP32...
