Would like to add support for the following device (this issue is logged for tracking mostly, will follow up with a PR shortly).

• Remote: Unknown (no marking on remote, seems vendor-specific)

  • Protocol is not recognized (UNKNOWN)
• HW used to send/capture IR codes:
  1. Custom/DYI device based on TSOP31236
  2. (to confirm results) YTF-IR-Bridge
• Raw data captured using IRrecvDumpV2:
  • not providing here (will include in PR as part of UT)
• Status: Confirmed working on my device (both send as well as rcv w/ original remote)
