Better error handling

The current error handler based on the collision package is almost useless. It's time to drop it and use a more debugger-friendly approach to error handling.

Expected in the future:

The command execution failed!

Please check with --debug option to see more details.

When using --debug or -v, the last line will be replaced by Current environment variables has been stored in "buildroot/env.log" !.

In many cases, a good error message and build log summary are crucial, which helps us to more easily understand the situation when dealing with remote problems such as liblzma.la issue in #824
