Added: Instance mgmt script which allows to list the status of the scenario instances and allows to start/shutdown/destroy individual instances.
Modified: cyris.py interface to allow access to the new functionalities
Modified: entities.py, add mgmt_account to host description in cyber range description file
Fix: changes in cyris.py function parse_description in order to assign different instance's ids to instances deployed on different hosts. Previously, this instances identifiers overlapped, which was problematic to reference individual instances.
