Add `debug` method

Similar to React Testing Library, it would be nice to have a debug method that allows striping only clear screen ANSI characters and then outputs the rest to the CLI

Should also include detection of ANSI support, and if not supported, strip them entirely

Related packages we can utilize:

• slice-ansi contains starting logic for adding escape codes where related. Maybe we can use this to parse through a string and strip out specific ansi codes?
• strip-ansi contains ability to strip ansi codes, but only all of them

Opened a GH issue to potentially add some of this logic to strip-ansi

Marking this as "good enough" for v1. We don't have the "remove clear screen ANSI codes", but FWIW I think that if we need to do more than that, that's a post-v1 release feature
