Suggestion for better access by the Open Textbook Community

To make it easier for others to use this book for their own courses, may I suggest:

1. Give it a better title than "Coursebook"
2. Don't include the pdf and epub in the repo, treat them as release products - that's what github releases are for! (You have 1 release there; why do you also include it in the repo? Having binary files in the repo causes the repo to become huge, and confuses people.
3. Consider adding it to the Open Textbook Library, Unglue.it and Archive.org.
