Implement multi-barcode items/boxes (i.e., one item/box with more than one barcode)

Need to set up the DB to handle multi-barcode relationships to single items/boxes.  Currently a single item/flavor/quantity combination (for boxes) can only have a single barcode, but sometimes different packaging (from different vendors) will have the same item/flavor/quantity combination with different barcodes.
