Managers are presented with error message when emptying cashbox or creating deposits

When a Manager empties the cashbox or deposits the safe to the bank, they are presented with an error message stating they are not authorized to view the event. The event still goes through and is created successfully, but the popup probably shouldn't occur during creation.
