Rewrite Site Content

The home page is currently pretty busy 

We should use the homepage as a brief intro to CSEG with links to pages. Proposed pages to link to 
- initiatives
- mission
- roles (for both officers and volunteers)
- resources for students
- calendar
- pictures of successful events

I'm eliding acute issues with the current iteration of the site, because I imagine that nearly all of it will be replaced
