Ruby/JVM Connector

Implement a connector for Cucumber in Ruby and for the JVM to call the C++ steps without using the wire protocol, but defining a new language.

What you want to implement is exactly this feature. I'm not proficient with Ruby, so I'd love a contribution!

BTW does "Ruby" means "MRI"? What about JRuby?

I meant one implementation (language) for each of the two main projects: one for cucumber(-ruby)/MRI and one for cucumber-jvm/JVM. What I'm thinking about is something like the wire protocol, implemented as a language in cucumber-ruby, but calling C++ code bypassing sockets altogether.

The Ruby implementation and support for Rake, if added, should work for
both cucumber-ruby and cucumber-jvm. Even if there are some minor
customizations, they should be limited and trivial.
