Remove recorded tests that are replaced by facets

Most off the tests in recorded/languages should be moved to scope fixtures an the original yaml files can be removed.
This will be most of the tests, but we should keep at least one test per scope (not facet) so that we have spoken form test for these. We should probably remove the languages folder and have a new folder called scopes.
