Resize PV and PVC in kubernetes

Record command line to resize PVC for specified service. Needed to test if this feature is implemented with specific k8s providers.

We should not lose data when we are out of space, so live resize is an option. Another option is moving the data to larger volume and this also need to be researched down to specific instructions.
