feature: support for non-space field separators

For alignment / import / etc. purposes, since some of the fields themselves contain spaces, it would be useful for tabs or pipes to be the default separator (or allow one to be specified).

Tidy. I'm crotchety and prefer the pre-JSON universe for anything without a complex schema, but that's a larger battle. Definitely solves the problem in a modern-compatible way, so I'm satisified - thanks!

To json or not to json, that is the question. :P While there were multiple ways to add machine readable output (such as modifying the existing tabwriter printout), adding a -json flag had two advantages:

1. Simple to implement without heavy modifications to the existing tabwriter printout logic
2. Widely recognized and supported machine (and human) readable format
