Xcalibur sequence file exports not loading properly due to missing commas on first line

Exported sequence files begin with

`Bracket Type=4`

and in order to load into autoqc correctly they need to be formatted like this

`Bracket Type=4,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,` 

Need to tweak importer to ignore the first line for thermo instruments
