Brief frontend, can also be used as base for epic when data is connected

• brief card
• brief modal
• brief post content
• new post modal logic (router based to avoid manual history manipulation, only used for briefing page for now but is compatible with Feed as well)
• brief page, listing
• brief plus CTAs and boxes, new gradients :hidethepain:
• adjustments to menus
• minor adjustments to make components reusable with new stuff
