The scripts list should also be refreshed when the key value is deleted

There is an issue where it does not refresh the scripts list after adding the key via settings. The script does show up upon restart. But it should show up without having to restart.

@marisademeglio Note that the interface we have now is just a temporary solution, for testing the script. We won't actually include the script in the final release. Depending on the final solution, this may not be something that needs to be fixed.

@bertfrees ok good to know. So will the script be returned by the API but just be excluded from the UI? Or it won't be listed at all?

• remove mistral property from settings file schema
