Thanks for this - just saved my skin!

A few comments;

• If possible focussing on the textbox initially so the corrects come up without having to click would be lovely.
• The edits don't update the cell until you force a render with shift-enter.
• Most importantly, is it possible to make the whole dialog box modal? I noted it was possible to move the cursor under the box and the spell corrections would go to the wrong cell overwriting the previous contents. This lead me to some confusion until I worked out what was wrong.
