A patch to this warning, that anyway in my case broke the app compile process, it to add this at the end of android\app\build.gradle.kts

dependencies {
    constraints {
        implementation("org.chromium.net:cronet-api:143.7445.0")
        implementation("org.chromium.net:cronet-shared:143.7445.0")
    }
}

Compiler still warns about it but the process now completes.
