What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. I do a cold reboot of my PC. The Analysis Server is always inactive. I cannot run the editor.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If I do a pub upgrade, I get:
Pub upgrade failed, [253] Wrong script snapshot version, expected 'd4922cb239c676d9d6f97ef6347fc02b' found 'a10659e29cf9744e06a63bf183bc5c49'

What version of the product are you using? 1.10.0

On what operating system? Windows 7

What browser (if applicable)? Chrome/Dartium

Please provide any additional information below.
