No visual indication that the libraries are read only 

There is no marker to suggest that you shouldn't expect to be able to edit the library code, other than it ignoring keystrokes.

Suggest add a top level item indicating read-only that pulses when you try and edit the page. Possibly a 'locked' icon. Or something similar, probably not the usual gray out as it will make the page too hard to read.
