This happens on a newly installed windows 8 system:
When moving the DartEditor Icon in the File Browser (drag and drop with the mouse), instead of showing the Dart Icon alongside the mouse, you can see the Eclipse Icon. (Really a minor cosmetic thing)
Eclipse is not installed on the system.

The icon used consists of 7 separate images in different sized and number of colors. Icon number 4 is a 256*256 Eclipse logo instead of the regular dart image.
